There was an error within my initial upx command... there was too many parameters resulting in a less than optimum compression

@mathieu-aubin should we have repacked bash? |

Also, adding stripping and upx appear to have made dokku tests flakey - they basically have at least one fail per test run (100s of tests), making test passing a rare occurrence. Not sure if it's upx or strip that did it though. |
