Macro Calculator Widget for WordPress

This macronutrient calculator computes macronutrient requirements relative to age, physical attributes, exercise level, and body weight objectives.

Installation

1. Download the ZIP file of this repository.
2. Upload the /macro-calculator-master/ folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
3. Activate the Macro Calculator plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.

Usage

• Add the shortcode [ci_macro_calculator] to your page, post or sidebar.
• Or add the following code: <?php display_ci_macro_calculator(); ?> to your template where you would like the Macro Calculator to appear.
