Improved Navbar for the website

What happened just before the problem occurred? Or what problem could this idea solve?
The Navbar of the website seems a bit older a modern navbar with new animation or hover effect will make the UI cleaner and interactive

What did you expect to see that you didn't?
The navbar seems older and non-attractive
