This seems like a routing error, though, since it's a 404. I hope so!

Aha this routing error didn't trip tests because they were functional tests!

Attempted fix in d6189a6 ... i think it was routes ordering?

Hmm, didn't work -- i still get a 404 -- https://stable.mapknitter.org/images/revert?id=248766&version=754823 at https://stable.mapknitter.org/maps/unc-charlotte-balloon-mapping--2/edit for example.
