Remove associated content when removing a collection version from a repository #889

Describe the bug
Removing a collection version from a repository doesn't automatically remove it's associated signatures and AnsibleDeprecated conents.

To Reproduce
Try to remove a deprecated or signed collection from a repository.

Expected behavior
Sigantures and deprecated content types should be removed.

None.
