We don't have access to test.pypi.org to do this for now as someone else has claimed this project. Have opened at ticket at pypi/support#4484 to remedy but looks like there is a ~6 month backlog so unlikely to get relief soon.

Hi @kjd, We are working to contact the owner to determine if they're reachable and have sent them a courtesy message. Final determination regarding project ownership will be made by the PyPI Administrators when the research process is complete. |
