Changes proposed in this pull request:

Add Py_DECREF calls for seq and bytes. Fixes Two memory leaks in function text_layout_raqm due to new reference is not decreased (static analyzer reports) #6321.
Remove duplicate PyUnicode_Check(item) call.
PySequence_Size(seq) can be changed to faster PySequence_Fast_GET_SIZE(seq) because seq was returned from PySequence_Fast.


          add decref calls to imagingft to fix python-pillow#6321
