@tony we appreciate the work, but I suspect we might want to leave this enabled for the install script for a little while longer as this script also supports older versions of poetry. Additionally, we should probably wait till 1.2 is stable to do this.

Hey, good to hear from you!

I am going to close this for now. If we ever want to reboot this effort at a later time anyone is free to work off this work as a base if needed.

Since 1.1.x is supporting older python 3.6 and poetry installer works with 1.1.7+, it needs python 3.6. When I originally made this - I wasn't considering that

Will keep the branch undeleted just in case, but probably easiest to cut a new PR when the time comes
