Add look_up_current_branch_name method in class Git #185

Resolves: python-poetry/poetry#3366

  • Added tests for changed code.
  • Updated documentation for changed code.

This pull request is used by python-poetry/poetry#4386 which achieves "auto fetch git branch name when no rev/branch is specified on git url"

@sdispater I saw you have merged #192 including the change of this PR. I have updated my PR, python-poetry/poetry#3366 to reflect the "no default master" branch from #192. I think this PR (#185) can be closed?
