`alltrue` is depreceated for numpy `1.25`. We will need to update the tests to fix this.
We follow the same approach as `qiskit-algorithms` here.

The upload of
0.2.0was sadly an old version that was locally stored. However, it was not possible to remove it again and hence a minor relase update was necessary.
