Getting Started With Linux

Skin Composer can be run with a bundled JRE or run directly from a JAR file. It's only compatible with 64 bit Linux distros.

Run With the Bundled JRE

• Download the latest skin-composer-linux.zip from the releases page
• Extract the zip and execute the SkinComposer file from a terminal.

Running Skin Composer from JAR File

• Download and install Java JDK 10 or later: Official JDK 10 or OpenJDK
• Download the latest skin_composer.jar from the releases page
