Instead of creating virtual packages which are clashing with docker packages types (docker images can't be empty, and luet places a .keep placeholder), we ship a specific sentinel file for the meta. Fixes: #754 Signed-off-by: Ettore Di Giacinto <edigiacinto@suse.com>
