What this PR does / why we need it:
Due to the security team's requirements for unifying Rancher SLSA compliance processes, we need to rename the release workflow. The tool they use to verify requires it to be called
release.ymlhttps://github.com/rancherlabs/slsactl/blob/main/internal/verify/verify.go#L88. Naming is also described in one of the internal docs.Which issue(s) this PR fixes (optional, in
