This could be seen as breaking as documentation tells you to

Vue.component('stars', () => import('Vendor/rapidez/reviews/resources/js/components/Stars.vue'))
Vue.component('star-input', () => import('Vendor/rapidez/reviews/resources/js/components/StarInput.vue'))

these file names have changed.
