Feature Proposed
Would it make sense to add new http2 transport that use http2 bidirectional stream? I think i could submit a PR for this

Use Case
The addition of http2 will be beneficial in an environment that has limit on number of tcp connections, since a single tcp connection will be able to carry multiple http2 bidirectional stream. We could use https://github.com/hyperium/h2 for the http2.
