… for dma

  • make spi-bcm2835 the default driver for spi
  • add a fallback spi-bcm2708 overlay
  • add dma entries to device tree for future updates
  • add default cs-gpios entry showing how to extend the number of chip-selects.

I'm happy in principle. We'll push it in and keep an eye out for regression reports.
@pelwell feel free to merge if you are happy with DT changes.

Note that I will be on vacation for 2 weeks, so if you expect my support during that time.
But as this goes into 4.0, this may be a bit further off to hit the end-user...
