Updated FreeTube to v0.17.1 Beta

⚠️ Please, note that:
FreeTube Portable must be already started before using the browser extension from FreeTube

⚠️ Important:
Even if SupportsUNC= is set to yes, UNC will not work. To use it, you need to add the --no-sandbox command-line parameter, preferably to the AdditionalParameters=. Use it at your own risk!
