Fix latest sanity issues

A combined pr to address various issues with this plugin:

• An error occured: (0 , _uuid.default) is not a function An error occured: (0 , _uuid.default) is not a function #9
• Cannot clear table when removing all rows / columns Cannot clear table when removing all rows / columns. #10
• Other fields remove focus on editing a cell Other fields remove focus on editing a cell #11

The interface has also be updated to use sanity defaults.
