Adding projects & resources.

The projects & resources tables on the Projects are driven by Jekyll Data files. Updating these tables simply requires a new row in the appropriate YAML files in the _data directory.

Contributing

• Install jekyll
• Fork this repo and clone it to your local computer
• Make a new branch
• Commit and sync / push
• Make a pull request (PR) against this repo.
