Hiredis tests had been running via TravisCI.org so since that was deprecated we no longer have any tests.

Instead of continuing to use Travis it seems prudent to switch to GH actions.

Switch to GitHub actions

Since TravisCI.org was deprecated we've been without any tests.  This
commit adds back basic tests in Ubuntu, CentOS, and MacOS.

More sophisticated tests/platforms to come in the future (e.g. 32bit
tests).
