Hi All
I have installed headphones on Windows 8.1 pc
I start it in cmd window but it always says port in use no matter what port I put in config file
Can someone suggest where I am going wrong
Thanks

Had similar issues a while back..

Finally figured out the issue I was having. For others that may have similar
issues in the future:

  1. run cmd.exe as admin
  2. type netsh winsock reset
  3. restart computer

Fixed my issue...but was with WIN 7

Good luck.

Same issue here!

Getting a "Request raise HTTP error with status code 404 (local client error)."

Tried to change the port, but still cant connect from my other PC in the same network...

Any fix?

@In0cenT the log message is not related. If you just recently installed HP, then check the troubleshooting wiki first. Remote access is disabled by default.

I have issues with local access
Says port in use regardless of the port I choose
Googled it and seems to be a common issue can't see a fix though :(
