Front Shell

Inner Headphone Tabs

Remove Them

USB Connector

Trim Down with File (1-2mm)

Only if your shell presses down on the USB connector

SD Card

Access Slot

Place Retro ESP32 board into front shell with SD Card in

Mark with fine tip marker or pen SD Card location

Use square file to create channel Depth really depends on you. 2-3mm recommended.

Battery

LiPo

We use a 2000mAh 555060.

If you get one with JST connector assembled, make sure polarity is correct!

Cartridge

Remove inner bottom ridge scoring with utility blade, then peel away using pliers
