Group 13's exam project on lung cell data set. We extracted Single-Cell RNA-seq data for 6 individuals from the total data set presented in the following paper (2 Control, 2 COPD and 2 IPF patients) and we have conducted an expoloratory meta-analysis on a panel of genes documented to be abarrently expressed in multiciliated cells of the human trachea and lung.
