I'm not quite sure what you mean.
If the google form page is not letting you type anything, I'm not sure there's much that can be done.

Otherwise, if the google form page is telling you that you don't have access then google form, then it probably thinks you aren't logged into your Harker account (since I restricted the form to only be open to Harker students).
