travis_lyx_to_epub

Minimal project that converts a LyX document that is converted to PDF and is tested by Travis CI.

This process must be done in two steps, because LyX cannot convert to EPUB directly:

• travis_lyx_to_tex converts LyX to Tex
• travis_tex_to_epub converts TeX to EPUB
