Closes #5.

If you specify the hook feature, then the .DLL will hook ProcessEvent and print unique events.

If you instead specify the dump feature, then the .DLL will generate the SDK.

Only Module uses this macro, so there's no need to have a separate `macros` module.

I was getting a warning that this method is dead code when compiling with the `hook` feature.
