Installation:

    git clone git://github.com/rnertney/vim_repo.git ~/.vim

Create symlinks:

    ln -s ~/.vim/vimrc ~/.vimrc

Switch to the `~/.vim` directory, and fetch submodules:

    cd ~/.vim
    git submodule init
    git submodule update


WINDOWS:
  rename the vimrc to _vimrc
  rename the archive folder as "vimfiles"
  copy to %HOME%/
    generally c:/users/<name>/
    IT will lock this to H:/
      open a ticket to change
