First alpha release of Pangworth.

Steps to install:

• Download build.crx file
• Verify hash sum (optional)
• Extract the build.crx file using a zip file extractor (7zip works well)
• Open Chrome and load the extension in "unpacked mode"
  • Menu > More Tools > Extensions > Load unpacked > Choose extracted folder
