Raw and compiled files for the open source hardware of the German SSL team ER-Force.
Commits that have been tagged represent a self-contained robot state, i.e. the PCB's and mechanical components work well with each other.
At the top level of the repository, there is a separate folder for each robot generation. Currently, only parts of our latest robot generation 'pasta' have been published. Each robot generation is divided into two sections: mechanics and electronics.
The electronics section has the following structure:
- boards: Contains a separate folder for each PCB that is part of the robot
- eagle: Contains generic libraries, design rule files, etc.
Within each PCB's folder, there are multiple subfolders:
- documents: A pdf version of the schematics as well as optional documentation
- eagle: The schematics and layout in the raw EAGLE file format, i.e.
- the schematics (*.sch)
- the layout (*.brd)
- a library with all board-specific, non-generic components (*.lbr)
- the design rule file used (*.dru)
- the cam job used to generate the gerber files (*.cam)
- gerber: The compiled layout files, i.e.
- the Gerber files
- the Excellon drill files
- the Pick & Place files for the top and bottom side
- a bill of materials
