Tested on my laptop with Matlab R2019b .

Fixes #44 and robotology/robotology-superbuild#226.

Remake of #45 with the additional CMake fixes to fix https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/issues/19382, that was the root cause for the link failure.

Hi @diegoferigo, it would be great to get this in, so we can go forward with the testing for distro 2020.02 of the robotology-superbuild (see robotology/robotology-superbuild#331), especially regarding the Windows dependencies and binaries that may create problems.
