Common project is updated with features and files from amcbldc v1 #87

This PR updates the project Common with the following:

  • Ability to process multiple CAN messages

  • Handling of "enable sending status message" flag
  • The Enums are moved to matlab files because they behave more robustly inside matlab/simulink
  • FOC Ts = 45us

The dictionary "embeddedboard_common.sldd" now contains a Bus called "MotorConfigurationExternal" that allows setting the motor parameters that can be sent from outside (via CAN or by another protocol):

The files contained in the project AMCBLDC that belong to the models created in Common have been copied here for better separation in the future.
