This PR related to the issue robotology/icub-firmware#497, changes the default option for the
verboseoption ineomcParser.cppfrom the value of1to0.In this manner when the option is not defined in the
2FOCgroup in the robot configuration files the CAN and the YRI are not flooded with debug messages as shown in the mentioned issue.
