ergocub: add configuration of lidar and camera #430

This PR adds the configuration files needed to launch the rgbd realsense camera and the lidar. Because of this, the configuration files of the dragonfly cameras are also removed.

ecub lidar wrapper

move lidar cfg

remove redundant wrapper
cleanup head sensor files

remove camera folder from cmake and create ad hoc launcher for head sensors

fix erroneous wrapping
