Questions please part 1 (#1772)

* Labs formatting of questions with admonitions needs to be universally applied. Other corrections as necessary.
* questions need to be universally entered as a "question" admonition. In re-examining these files, some were not.
* also found some tabbed content and spacing in earlier labs that needed to be removed.
* earlier labs had fenced code blocks not tagged too

* Missed one.
