feat(build): fluidattacks#1108 document contributing

Add new sections to the contributing.md file to help newcomers.

- Running your local changes
- Adding yourself to the mailmap
- Validating commit message
- DCO
- Adding and rendering documentation

Update lintMarkdown config.
