Description of the change

Set versions without vulnerabilities
The actual versions have this issues

We need at least the 1.5.0
Version 1.3.14 is ok, has no vulnerabilities and there are no compatibility problems https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/ch.qos.logback/logback-core
