- Improved Philips PAR/REC support
- Improved Philips Enhanced DICOM support
- Improved GE support
- Uses proprietary GE Protocol Data Block (0025,101B).
- Assumes raw text - reports exist of a xml variant
- Slice timing mimics dicm2nii. Assumes continuous acquisition (e.g. we do not know how to detect GE sparse acquisitions) and single-band (we do not know how to detect GE multi-band).
Philips saves 4D datasets where the slice order of the first volume does not match subsequent volumes. Slices need to be re-ordered spatially.
ENH: minor - consistent formatting (%?=description) of template keywords for -f
