The latest version of YUIDoc has a new @element tag for custom HTML elements. In the default theme, it moves all the elements under a new tab, but that doesn't work for this theme.
I'm assuming that there is a way to update the theme to include support for @element. Happy to help if you want to give me some pointers of where to start.

Yeah I'm not actively using YUIDoc lately, but, I would love to update it, sadly time is very short this time of the year. Adding support for this new tab might be really simple just compare the 2 templates (default one and this one) This commit might be useful to be used as a guidance to implement this
I love the theme, thanks for creating it.
