MPiCRT Imaging Python Notebooks

The materials in this repository are what you will need to complete the python lectures.

For all the days you will complete the practicals in Google colab. Click the "Open in Colab" to access the notebooks:

• Notebook 1 - Image manipulation
• Notebook 2 - Image processing and registration
• Notebook 3 - Medical Image registration

Each notebook has some teaching material and a section for applying your knowledge. Have fun!
