MulTreeZip

A software for compressing multi-copy trees, or multi-labeled trees

MulTreeZip can be compiled in the follwoing way:

Download MulTreeZip folder.
Open Makefile (available inside MulTreeZip folder) and uncomment two statements under "For Windows", "For Mac", or "For Linux" (depending on your computer).
Run "make" command from MulTreeZip folder.
