I'm working on support for
aarch64-pc-windows-gnuin Rust, as the MSYS2 team is making great progress on publishing first packages for that architecture. The prefix for this isaarch64-w64-mingw32, which this PR adds tocc-rs. I'm very new to Rust so my apologies if this is incomplete.Thanks in advance for your review!
