database: Add explicit_name column to dependencies table #5091

This is another PR extracted from #5066. This time we're adding a new column to the dependencies table, with information that was previously only available on the index. This brings us closer to having a single source of truth in the database and being able to generate the full index from it, if necessary.

This can eventually be used to generate the index from the database.
