Man Page Author Section

Both man pages of the project list Graydon Hoare as the project leader, but if I understood it correctly, he no longer is in that position. If someone can confirm this, I'll make a pull request.

@brson is the technical lead of Rust. @brson do you want your name on the man page or should we just point it to the AUTHORS and use GH / Rust's website / etc for the rest ?

Just remove the mention of the project lead. "See AUTHORS.txt in the Rust source distribution" (capitalize Rust). Thanks.
