Don't focus on notable trait parent when hiding it #104577

This makes sense for mouse interaction. However, can you set it up so that when Tab or Escape my way out of the box, it still focuses the icon? Without this, keyboard navigation is very annoying because closing one of these boxes causes focus to reset back to the very top of the page. |
Ok I see the use case. I'll take it into account and add a GUI test for it. |

I clicked on a notable trait icon so the popup remained and then clicked on the settings menu. When the settings menu was blurred, it scrolled back to when the notable trait was, which isn't great.
