So --remote can work.

Move all the colors into a nested mod named color instead of prefixing
with "color_".

Define a new type color::Color, and make this a u16 instead of a u8 (to
allow for easy comparisons against num_colors, which is a u16).

Remove color_supported and replace it with num_colors.

Teach fg() and bg() to "dim" bright colors down to the normal intensity
if num_colors isn't high enough.

Remove unnecessary copies, and fix a bug where a terminfo parse failure
would try to use the wrong error and end up failing.
Remove PriorityQueue::each and replace it with PriorityQueue::iter,
which ultimately calls into vec::VecIterator via PriorityQueueIterator.
Implement iterator::Iterator for PriorityQueueIterator. Now you should
be able to do:

  extern mod extra;
  let mut pq = extra::priority_queue::PriorityQueue::new();
  pq.push(5);
  pq.push(6);
  pq.push(3);
  for pq.iter().advance |el| {
      println(fmt!("%d", *el));
  }

just like you iterate over vectors, hashmaps, hashsets etc. Note that
the iteration order is arbitrary (as before with PriorityQueue::each),
and _not_ the order you get when you pop() repeatedly.

Add an in-file test to guard this.

Add new trait vec::bytes::MutableByteVector which currently defines one
method .set_memory().
Add method .move_from() to MutableVector, which consumes another vector
and moves elements into the receiver.

Add new trait MutableCloneableVector with one method .copy_from(), which
clones elements from another vector into the receiver.
Both extra::treemap::TreeMap and extra::treemap::TreeSet have
corresponding iterators TreeMapIterator and TreeSetIterator.
Unfortunately, the tests and extra::serialize use the older .each.
Update all the dependent code, and remove .each.

`reverse(xs.mut_slice(a, b))` replaces `reverse_part(xs, a, b)`

Update lint documentation to use markdown headlines

This PR updates all lint documentation to use markdown headlines. It additionally removed the *Known problems* section for lints without any problems. I've double-checked all automatic replacements, but a second pair of eyes is definitely appreciated!

I wasn't sure when you wanted to switch to the new metadata collection tomorrow, I therefore prepared this PR today. And that's it this is a standalone PR to keep the other related PRs reviewable.

cc: rust-lang#7172

Note: This should be merged with the other metadata collection related PRs.

Updated changelog for 1.55

This has again been a bit of work, but I'm happy to notice that my English is still improving, and I'm getting faster at these things. That's a very nice side effect of contributing and getting feedback on reviews 😊

Moving on, there were a few things that I was unsure about:
* The PR rust-lang#86717 changes an old entry in the change log, is this worth mentioning? I've left it out for now.
* The stabilization of `cargo clippy --fix` is quite awesome and important IMO. It sadly gets a bit lost in the *Other* entry, as it's the last one. Do we maybe want to move it somewhere else or change the headline order for this release?
* I've listed the introduction of the new `suspicious` group under the *Moves and Deprecations* section. Is this alright, or should it be moved to the *Other* section as well?
* Last but definitely not least, some fun! I've used the 🎉 emoji in the `cargo clippy --fix` entry, is this okay?

Sorry for the bombardment of questions xD

---

The PR already includes the entries for the new metadata collection and website updates. These are not merged yet, but should probably be to make this correct. This might also require the commit hashes to be updated (Not sure on this, though). It would actually be super fitting to get this into this release as we also stabilize `--fix`. TODOs:
* [x] Merge metadata collection PRs:
  1. rust-lang#7279
  2. rust-lang#7298
  3. rust-lang#7420 (Hope to not get any merge conflicts)
