[do not merge] get build artifact for freebsd #78357

This PR updates backtrace-rs submodule to get the artifact for testing.

Please drop the non-freebsd job from the try builder in the future. The CI changes otherwise look reasonable here, but I cannot try this PR because of the conflict.
