This PR contains the following updates:

Package Change Age Adoption Passing Confidence
coverage ==7.6.0 -> ==7.6.1 age adoption passing confidence

Release Notes

nedbat/coveragepy (coverage)

v7.6.1

Compare Source

  • Fix: coverage used to fail when measuring code using :func:runpy.run_path <python:runpy.run_path> with a :class:Path <python:pathlib.Path> argument.
This is now fixed, thanks to Ask Hjorth Larsen <pull 1819_>_.

  • Fix: backslashes preceding a multi-line backslashed string could confuse the
HTML report. This is now fixed, thanks to LiuYinCarl <pull 1828_>_.

  • Now we publish wheels for Python 3.13, both regular and free-threaded.

    • @coderabbitai modularize this function.
  • PR comments: Tag @coderabbitai in a new PR comment to ask questions about the PR branch. For the best results, please provide a very specific query, as very limited context is provided in this mode. Examples:
    • @coderabbitai generate interesting stats about this repository and render them as a table.
    • @coderabbitai show all the console.log statements in this repository.
    • @coderabbitai read src/utils.ts and generate unit testing code.
    • @coderabbitai read the files in the src/scheduler package and generate a class diagram using mermaid and a README in the markdown format.
    • @coderabbitai help me debug CodeRabbit configuration file.

Note: Be mindful of the bot's finite context window. It's strongly recommended to break down tasks such as reading entire modules into smaller chunks. For a focused discussion, use review comments to chat about specific files and their changes, instead of using the PR comments.

This is a simple change updating the version of the package 'coverage' from 7.6.0 to 7.6.1. It's important to ensure all dependencies also work with this package version. Guidelines will depend on the project, but unit tests or integration tests should be run to validate the update. Other than that, no major issues are present in this commit.

The changes made in the commit primarily focus on updating the version of coverage from 7.6.0 to 7.6.1. Overall, the change seems fine as it just involves updating one of the requirements. However, it's recommended to verify the compatibility of the new version with the existing system and other dependencies. Additionally, a brief note or comment regarding why this change is performed would have been helpful for future refactoring or updates.
