For some reason the vscode (insiders latest) with windows-latest had started failing recently due to the following warning.

This version of D:\a\vscode-coverage-gutters\vscode-coverage-gutters\.vscode-test\vscode-win32-archive-1.79.0\Code.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher.
Failed to run tests
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

Turned out to be an issue with the vscode-test dependency, that was fixed with a quick upgrade of that package.
