xCHM 1.36

Fixed compilation for wxWidgets versions older than 3.1.6. Improved CHM loading speed and switched to using the default wxWidgets font picker dialog (contributed by Oleg Tolmatcev).

xCHM 1.35

Mageia Linux uses wxWidgets 3.2.1 in backwards-compatibility mode with version 2.8, which then adds an unfortunate (and deprecated wxToolBarBase::AddTool() overload). Switching from wxArtProvider::GetBitmap() to wxArtProvider::GetBitmapBundle() - which is recommended in the wxWidgets documentation anyway - gets around the issue.

xCHM 1.34

Fixed a few compile-time wxWidgets deprecation warnings.
Removed a bunch of .xpm (icon) files, now relying on the system defaults.
