Centralised Grievance System Portal

💡 Inspiration -

We are trying to develop a web application that would be a sort of Centralised Public Grievance portal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) but specifically dedicated to college(s). The main problem we are trying to solve is that the user can share the any problems related to staff, Faculties, Utility. It is an online platform available for the students 24x7 to lodge their grievances to the college authorities on any subject related to service delivery.

💡 About the project : -

This project is build for Sir Dr. M. S. Gosavi Polytechnic Institute Hackathon. This project will help students to communicate their problems to admin.

💡 Class and Course : -

The student have to select their class and course.

1. Computer Engineering : - This form is especially designed for the students of First year, Third year and Second year to post complains regarding various issues faced by them.
2. Civil Engineering : - This form is especially designed for the students of First year, Third year and Second year to post complains regarding various issues faced by them.
3. Mechanical Engineering : - This form is especially designed for the students of First year, Third year and Second year to post complains regarding various issues faced by them.
4. Electrical Engineering : - This form is especially designed for the students of First year, Third year and Second year to post complains regarding various issues faced by them.

1. Electricity : - Complains regarding electronic devices like Projector, Fans and AC, Tubelights, Audio system, Computers, etc.
2. Staff : - Complains regarding staff like Irregular lectures, Communication problem, Partiality, etc.
3. Subjects : - Complains regarding subjects.
4. Food : - Complains regarding food like Food quality, Food quantity, Cost, etc.
5. Hygiene : - Complains regarding hygiene like Cleanliness, etc.
6. Material Requirements : - Complains regarding Material requirement like stationary, etc.
7. Parking Space : - Complains regarding parking space.
8. Library Requirements : - Requierment of books in library.

💡 Conclusion :

This project will help students to communicate their problems to faculty and also help the admin solve their problems . This will also help colleges to provide more facilities by centralizing the grievance portal for all the departments.
